Merix Pharmaceutical Corporation (“Merix”) is a privately owned U.S corporation founded by a career virologist Meryl Squires. For twelve years Merix focused on the utilisation of phyto-pharmaceutical technology specializing in the area of antivirals that address contagious diseases.
Merix developed phyto-chemical treatments from chemical compounds that occur naturally in plants and are responsible for their colour and orgaolepic properties. There are probably 10,000 different phyto-chemicals having a potential biological significance.
These natural plant materials and their active constituents are known to have antimicrobial properties with the capability to affect pathogens and thus they boost the human immune system and lend traction in protecting the human body from contagious infection.
Merix is the exclusive source of the patented formulation Viracea® which comprises the proprietary Echinacea extract.
Viracea® is the primary ingredient approved by the FDA OTC Monograph in various products branded RELEEV (‘Products’ or ‘Treatments’).
These have been selling successfully as a cure for a multitude of afflictions for twelve years through some 35,000 retail stores across the USA. These over the counter (‘OTC’) sales have been achieved without a co-ordinated Internet presence.
RELEEV Plc has acquired the exclusive rights from Merix to distribute their Products and Treatments (outside North America) by way of the Internet so they will become immediately available globally for everyone with a viral infection. We have also acquired the right to sub-license product distribution to government and health services for entire countries. This combination is our business model to protect both individuals and communities who otherwise would have no access to these Treatments.
